We managed to grab dignitas' in-game leader Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen for a winning interview from WESG Europe & CIS Regional Finals, where he talks about the one-sided grand final, strengths of their current lineup and goals for the future.

In the previous interview Magiskb0Y said it was most likely going to be a one-sided grand final, and it was, what did you make of it?

I think it was one-sided because they're not a team and they haven't prepared together. We were really prepared and we have a lot of confidence. The mixture between confidence and structure made us win this big.

I made this point after Bucharest that this lineup, of course barring aizy who only stood in for the team here, is the best you've ever had. Do you agree?

I totally agree, I have never had so much firepower in my teams as I have now. We have so much potential, so I'm really happy that we're finally breaking out.

Why do you think it is, outside of just pure firepower? You've had problems with certain roles before, so what did you improve with the changes?

I think at the start we had some problems with finding out how to play, because we have a lot of different opinions about some stuff. But I think the reason why we're performing so much better now is that we found a solution for our playstyle to fit everyone, and we're not just playing structured but also playing with heart and soul. So that's the reason, we have sick firepower, good teamplay, and if we're confident we can also just make plays in the moment.

You couldn't attend with your full lineup because of the tournament's format, do you think a tournament like WESG has a place in CS:GO?

I would rather play with our whole team. Yeah, I don't know, if so then they should make it so that we are Denmark and not dignitas I think.

Yeah, exactly, so that's why it doesn't really make sense for me.

What are you looking to do until the end of the year? What are the goals for the next couple of months?

We have a lot of tournaments, so the preparation won't be so good, but our goal is just to make really good results as we have done in the past one or two months. Qualifying for ELEAGUE playoffs would be one of the goals, also qualifying for the Major of course.

Your next LAN is going to be EPICENTER about a week from now - that'll be a hard tournament, a lot of the elite-level teams will be there. What are your goals for that tournament specifically?

Our goal is to make a good result. I think we have beaten good teams, but not the TOP top, only online, so we're all looking forward to play the best of the best on LAN and see how it'll go.
